Born and raised in a small town in New Mexico, Michelle carries a deep love and respect for her home state and the people who live here. Her journey into providing therapy services began from a place of compassion and genuine care for others. With a heart for individuals struggling with substance use disorders, she brings both professional expertise and personal understanding, having walked her own path of sobriety and witnessed the powerful transformations of loved ones.

As the Owner and Clinical Director of Herron Solutions, LLC,  Michelle leads with empathy, dedication, and hope—believing that every person deserves support, respect, and the opportunity to heal. She also recognizes that the agency’s staff and team members are a vital part of that mission. Their dedication and compassion allow Herron Solutions to reach far more people and bring healing and support to more community members than she ever could alone.

Her mission is to continue reaching New Mexico communities, offering encouragement and resources to those facing challenges with mental health or substance use. Whether through direct services or connecting individuals to the right care through referrals, she strives to ensure everyone receives the help they’re looking for.

Through her work and leadership, she continues to bring light, inspiration, and hope to the communities of New Mexico—reminding others that wellness and healing are always possible.
