Therapy
Therapy at Herron Solutions provides structured, personalized support to help you stabilize, heal, and move toward long-term wellness. We start with a thorough intake and biopsychosocial assessment to understand your history, needs, and goals, then create a treatment plan together and adjust session frequency over time as you make progress. Services may include individual and group therapy, in person or via secure telehealth, with all records and notes kept confidential and compliant with HIPAA. Our goal is to offer caring, practical, and accountable support so you can build skills, reduce symptoms, and eventually “graduate” from therapy feeling stronger and more independent.
Intensive Outpatient Program
An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a structured, higher level of care for individuals needing more support than traditional therapy but who do not require inpatient treatment. At Herron Solutions, our IOP focuses on substance use recovery and includes group sessions three days a week for three hours per day, along with one weekly individual therapy session. The program teaches early recovery skills, relapse prevention, family education, and social support so clients can stabilize, build coping skills, and continue living at home while progressing in their recovery.
