​Mark Garnand is an IOP Facilitator at Herron Solutions. He enjoys helping others and considers it a privilege to support individuals as they work toward recovery and personal growth. Mark values being part of a compassionate team and believes that lived experience can help build understanding and hope. Outside of work, he enjoys playing music, fishing, spending time outdoors, and connecting with others.
