Bio

Zarina is a Community Support Worker at Herron Solutions who is passionate about helping others move forward in their lives. She enjoys encouraging individuals as they work toward their goals and finds it especially rewarding to see their growth, confidence, and accomplishments along the way.

Zarina brings her own lived experiences to her role, which have helped her develop a deeper sense of empathy, understanding, and compassion for the individuals she supports. She believes in meeting people where they are and taking things one day at a time.

Outside of work, Zarina enjoys being a mom and spending quality time with her kids and family.
