Originally from California and Colorado, Kimberly made New Mexico her home eight years ago, quickly feeling connected to its beauty and community. Growing up in the countryside helped shape her creative and resourceful problem-solving style, which now informs her work as a therapist.
Kimberly uses a solutions-focused approach and incorporates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and self-regulation techniques. She strives to walk alongside each person she serves, offering support, encouragement, and practical tools for growth.
Grounded in her Christian faith, Kimberly enjoys exploring the natural beauty of New Mexico and spending meaningful time with loved ones.
