Bio

​Jose is a Community Support Worker (CSW) who brings understanding and compassion to his work, drawing from experiences that help him connect with others in a meaningful way.

One of his favorite parts of the job is seeing people recognize their own progress and celebrating those successes alongside them.

Jose believes everyone deserves to be treated with love, compassion, and respect, and he wants each person he works with to know they have someone in their corner.

Outside of work, Jose values self-care and enjoys spending quality time with his family.
