Originally from Albuquerque, NM, Donelle is a self-motivated and reliable LSAA/CPSW/CSW  who brings honesty, integrity, and teamwork to every part of her work. She is deeply compassionate and empathetic, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and personal growth. Guided by her spirituality and values of kindness, fairness, and wisdom, she approaches challenges with courage, resilience, and problem-solving skills. She strives to build an environment of trust, collaboration, and support for clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, she enjoys going to church, camping, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and reading her Bible.
