What are CPSW services?
Peer support services are not the same as clinical therapy or psychiatric treatment — rather, they complement clinical care with support from peers with lived experience, focusing on recovery, resilience, community integration, daily living, stabilization, and support.
Who Qualifies for CPSW services?
Adults ages 18 and older who experience mental health and/or substance use challenges and may benefit from ongoing support can access CPSW services, which are fully covered by Medicaid (other insurance plans are not currently accepted).
Where are services offerred?

At Herron Solutions, Certified Peer Support Worker (CPSW) services are offered through our Drop-In Centers Services are provided in welcoming, community-based settings and include both individual peer support and CPSW-led groups that foster connection, confidence, and recovery.
