With a background in marketing, public relations, and community outreach, Patricia is proud to support Herron Solutions by welcoming new clients, answering calls, and connecting individuals to the right services. Having witnessed the impact of mental health challenges within her own family, she deeply values the compassion and dedication of the agency’s providers and staff.

In addition to assisting clients, Patricia supports team members with day-to-day questions, helps maintain smooth operations across office locations, and helps maintain an environment where clients and staff feel supported.

Grateful to be part of a team making a meaningful difference, she takes pride in helping others find the care, connection, and hope they deserve—whether within the agency or through community partnerships.
