Kate Rusk is originally from Redmond, Washington, she brings over four years of experience working with diverse populations to her role as a Certified Support Worker (CSW) at Herron Solutions LLC. Her work focuses on assisting individuals in developing life skills, fostering independence, and achieving personal goals. Her passion for this field is deeply rooted in personal experiences that have instilled in her a strong belief in the power of connection, resilience, and community support.Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her children and embracing the outdoors—whether it's camping, fishing, kayaking, or exploring the mountains. She also finds joy in gardening and the meditative challenge of completing jigsaw puzzles.
